We specialize in legal representation in the field of transport law.
We represent cargo interests, freight forwarders, carriers, and shipowners, as well as liability and cargo insurers, before Thailand’s Intellectual Property and International Trade Court (IPIT Court) and in arbitration proceedings. We have a particular focus on maritime law.
We also represent shipowners and cargo interests in claims for damages arising from maritime emergencies.
